Regarding the R.C. contract Car proposed, the fees paid to the intermediary for car liability guarantees by the insurance company are as follows:

The commissions in a fixed amount and as a percentage of the gross premium, recognized for the proposed contract, to which this information refers, can instead be found in the estimate and the contract itself. In the case of a contract brokered through an insurance agency or another intermediary, the commissions indicated are those recognized by the Insurance Company to the intermediary who places the contract, while those recognized by the latter to the Broker, optionally indicated, are part of the previous and therefore they do not represent a premium increase.

Generali Italia S.p.A holds a direct stake exceeding 10% of the share capital of Yolo Group S.p.A., which in turn completely holds the share capital of Yolo S.r.l.

The intermediary distributes contracts in the absence of contractual obligations that require it to offer exclusively the contracts of the following Insurance Companies and does not provide advice based on an impartial and personal analysis:
