Yolo, mini-policies debut on Euronext Growth: this is the sixteenth IPO of the year. The company raised EUR 9.5 million in the placement, the free float is 22.51% of the capital and the market capitalization at the IPO is EUR 32.5 million.
Yolo consolidates its position in insurtech by patenting the user profiling method adopted by the digital platform. The patent was granted by the Patent and Trademark Office of the Ministry of Economic Development.
