ENDU: sports event protection embedded in the ticket

ENDU is the community of reference for all endurance sports enthusiasts. It offers products and services at the cutting edge of technology and information with the aim of improving the experience of every athlete before, during and after a competition.

The project

YOLO and ENDU have evolved their “embedded” offering directly into the race number purchase flow, moving from a single solution to a modular suite:

  • Event Protection >> Inclusive mode active on a residual number of events, with 85% reimbursement of the race number when the athlete cannot participate for documented reasons covered by the policy.
  • Event Protection Premium >> Target: amateur athletes. Guarantees: 100% race number refund + 90% of ancillary services related to travel (car/bike/wetsuit rental, transfers, accommodation, food and wine/cultural tours, merchandising). Valid in the event of sudden, unforeseeable and documented events covered by the policy. Distribution: sign-up during the ticket purchase process.
  • ENDU Safe >> Target: amateur athletes. Coverage: Accidents during the event: death, permanent disability, hospitalisation, reimbursement of medical expenses. Distribution: sign-up during ticket purchase.
