You can download the pre-contractual information sets and terms of service for each product on the dedicated page.

How can I purchase YOLO's insurance services and products?

To purchase Yolo’s services and products, simply access our registration page, enter all the required data and verify your e-mail address by clicking on the link we will send to your inbox. You will then be able to log in with your new credentials.

How can I change my password?

To change your password, log in with your credentials to the Profile section in your private area, enter your new password twice and confirm your choice.

How can I update my profile?

To update your personal data, go to the Profile section of your private area and edit as much information as you wish, remembering to click on the Edit button when you have finished updating.

Is it possible to deactivate my account on YOLO?

What is meant by on-demand insurance cover?

On-demand insurance cover refers to a new type of services and insurance that you can purchase and use at the precise moment you need it.

How can I buy insurance on YOLO?

To purchase new insurance cover on-demand, choose the insurance package directly from your private area and follow the step-by-step instructions provided to finalise the subscription.

Is it possible to purchase more than one insurance service?

With YOLO there is no limit to your protection, that of your loved ones and your assets. You can buy all the insurance you need, whenever you want and for as long as you want.

Where can I find all the insurances available on YOLO?

On the YOLO site you will find all the insurance cover available at the time of purchase.

Where and when will I receive my insurance documentation?

Once you have completed the purchase procedure for your insurance, we will immediately send you all the necessary documentation to the mailbox you indicated when registering with YOLO.

How can I deactivate an insurance cover?

The deactivation procedure depends on the service or insurance product you have purchased. You will find all the information necessary to deactivate the service in the pre-contractual information set of the relevant product. For some products, you can deactivate the service or insurance product by going directly to the Active Services section of your private area and clicking on the Deactivate button.

How can I withdraw from a service?

If you change your mind and wish to withdraw from an insurance service or product purchased on YOLO, you must do so within 14 days of purchase directly from the Purchase History section of your reserved area. We will send you a communication confirming your withdrawal request and the timeframe for the refund. For further information and to know if the right of withdrawal is applicable to the product you have purchased, consult the pre-contractual information set.
