This data is collected exclusively to ensure that the site is functioning and navigable correctly. We collect some data for your identification, which, however, remains anonymous. Such information is stored in special logs and can only be communicated to the Judicial Authorities, in the cases provided for by law.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text strings that are sent by a website to the browser used by the user while browsing, stored on the user’s device and retransmitted to the same site the next time the user visits. On the basis of the party that installs cookies on the user’s terminal we distinguish two types of cookies:
Of ‘first party’ when cookies are installed directly by the owner and/or publisher of the website (YOLO GROUP S.p.A.);
Of ‘third party’ when cookies are managed by subjects unrelated to the website visited by the user through the owner and/or publisher of the website.
First-party cookies
The website uses or may use, also in combination with each other, the following cookies:
- Technical cookies, used for the proper functioning of the site and to allow users to browse the site normally as well as to allow users to take advantage of the services available. For example, they are used to allow users to remember actions when returning to the previous page of a session and/or to store certain information (e.g. language) to avoid having to re-enter it on subsequent visits to the site. Without technical cookies the site may not function properly.
- Session cookies, sent to the user’s browser for the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site. These cookies are not stored persistently on users’ computers and are deleted at the end of the “session” by simply closing the browser.
- Analytical Cookies, used to collect information in aggregate and anonymous form for statistical analysis of site access in order to improve the services offered. In any case, they are not used for further purposes and do not allow personal identification of users. The installation of such cookies does not require the prior consent of users pursuant to Article 122, paragraph 1 of the Code (Guarantor for the protection of personal data, provision ‘Identification of simplified procedures for the information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies’ of 8 May 2014, and, at EU level, ‘Opinion04/2012 on the exemption from consent for the use of cookies’ adopted on 7 May 2012 by the European body that brings together the Supervisory Authorities of the Member States known as the ‘Article 29’ Group).
Third-party cookies
In order to collect statistical and anonymous information on the use of the website by users (pages visited, time spent on the Site, IP address, etc.) the DGT website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google which may use cookies. For further information about the data processing carried out by Google through the Google Analytics service, the user can visit the web page with the privacy policy of Google http://www.google.com/intl/it_ALL/analytics/learn/privacy.html, as well as deactivate it according to the directions given.
Profiling cookies
Cookies are not used on this site for the transmission of information of a personal nature for the purpose of sending advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the users themselves when surfing the web. No persistent cookies of any kind or user tracking systems are used.
Deactivating cookies via browser settings
The user may, at any time, configure his or her web browser by defining the level of restriction on cookies, disabling them, in whole or in part, or limiting the reception of them according to the domain of origin. However, it should be noted that the deactivation of ‘technical’ cookies, insofar as they are strictly necessary for the provision of the sites’ functionalities, may render the sites themselves unusable. Below the user can find links to the instructions for the most common browsers for deactivating cookies:
