Milano, 2 dicembre 2022 – AssoNEXT, the Italian association of listed SMEs, announces the winners of the AssoNEXT Awards, the award ceremony for SMEs listed on the Euronext Growth Milan (EGM, formerly AIM) segment of Borsa Italiana.

The event was an opportunity to discuss the importance of the innovative vision and dynamism that characterizes EGM SMEs and recognize companies that have excelled in different business areas in 2022.

Yolo Group was awarded “Best IPO” due to the type of company (startup), sector (Insurtech), market (EGM Pro), size of the operation (EUR 13 million raised), structure (Aucap and Bond) and the strong volatility of the stock market.

For all those reasons, Yolo Group represents the most complex and articulated operation completed in 2022. Together with Yolo, the awards went to EnVent Capital Markets which acted as EGA and BPER BANCA which acted as Global Coordinator.

The listing of the ordinary shares and convertible bonds on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional segment was successfully concluded on 5 August 2022.
