Yolo, micro-policies debut on Euronext Growth: it is the 16th IPO of the year. The company raised EUR 9.5 million during the placement and the free float is 22.51% of the capital and the market capitalisation at IPO is EUR 32.5 million.
Yolo consolidates its position in insurtech by patenting the user profiling method adopted by the digital platform. The patent was granted by the Patent and Trademark Office of the Ministry of Economic Development.
Yolo Group signed an agreement to acquire 51 per cent of the share capital of broker AllianceInsay. The objective is to accelerate the growth path in the innovation of insurance distribution models, in particular the phygital channel as envisaged in the strategic plan.
